I spent some money to advertise with Project Wonderful last week, which resulted in 63 visitors on the best day – a new sad, sad record high for this site. Alas, my twenty smackers quickly ran out and now we’re back to our usual two readers. Hi, Mom.
In completely unrelated news, starting next week for a limited time only, Humdrum Heights comics will appear every weekday. Yep, new comics Monday through Friday. Tell your friends, post a link, help a blogger out. If this site were a Smiths album, it would be The World Won’t Listen.

FYI, I thoroughly enjoy your comics. I’m looking forward to where your narrative is going. It kind of has a Sin City feel to it and I’m imagining “Absurd” playing in the background. For whatever it is worth, I’ve also got you linked on my inferior auto-bio comic webpage
Sin City, huh? You may be disappointed when this storyline concludes and you realize it was decidedly lacking in rape, castration, and decapitation.
Okay, that’s one. Anybody else wanna jump in and declare their love?
I’m loving where this is going, plus the illustration is great. Its ok without the rape, castration and decapitation…I can imagine it happening in the background. Haha!
For what its worth, I’ve got a link to you on my blog. I know mine isn’t exactly the…uh…target audience for your work but if you want to throw a little square ad/promo-button my way, I’d gladly put it up.
Your awesomeness has been duly noted, Sheika. I will indeed send a button your way – I’ve been thinking about making some in general just to put up on the site anyway. I gave you a link back on my Links page, which I’m also thinking about restyling. I love Matt Graupman’s links at Spinadoo, so I’d like to do something more like that.
Who is my audience, I wonder? Perhaps there is a 6’4” mouse in a diner somewhere sitting with his laptop and chuckling to himself.
Does this 6’4″ mouse have a dumpy little cat room-mate shoveling food in his mouth? LOL
I imagine your target audience to be a more discerning group, a reader of much more mature and serious comics than mine.
Serious comics? Ha ha! Now there’s an oxymoron!
